We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage educational programs and campaigns for a leading organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, curriculum development, and sustainability education. They will be responsible for designing and delivering awareness programs for academic and community audiences, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective program execution.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility for travel across all Emirates to deliver programs and activations.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development & Content Creation:
- Design, develop, and adapt educational curricula, toolkits, and digital resources for academic and community audiences.
- Integrate sustainable practices into school curricula, extracurricular programs, and community initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with country education standards and sustainability priorities.
- Program Delivery & Engagement:
- Plan and facilitate interactive roadshows, teacher training, and hands-on community workshop activities across all Emirates.
- Build partnerships with schools, NGOs, government agencies, and private sector partners.
- Train educators and volunteers to ensure consistent program delivery quality.
- Campaigns & Activations:
- Work with the client's internal team to coordinate campaigns for alignment with educational activities.
- Run roadshows in coordination with country campaigns.
- Oversee event logistics, resources, and on-site execution of identified workshops and roadshows for academia and community audiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, community organizations, government entities, and private sector partners.
- Facilitate cross-sector collaboration to maximize program reach and effectiveness.
- Engage stakeholders in co-developing content and activities to ensure cultural and contextual relevance.
- Administration & Project Management:
- Collaborate with the Programs Manager to define project scope, requirements, and functionalities.
- Research best practices and develop participation/registration materials in both Arabic and English.
- Coordinate with the IT team to develop and maintain tech solutions that support annual KPIs, including troubleshooting and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
- Work with internal teams—including procurement, general services, and finance—to deliver projects efficiently and on time.
- Track progress, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop tools to measure engagement and impact.
- Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to inform program improvements.
- Recommend innovative approaches to expand reach and deepen impact.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage program budgets effectively.
- Support grant applications, sponsorship proposals, and fundraising efforts.
- Oversee the procurement of educational materials and resources.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Waste Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in education program management, curriculum development, or sustainability education.
- Proven ability to design and deliver awareness programs for academic and community audiences.
- Strong project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder coordination.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices, environmental education best practices is preferable.
