Responsible for effectively managing customs clearance procedures for finished vehicles, spare parts, and related shipments in full compliance with Saudi Customs regulations and other relevant local authorities. The role also involves close coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
What You Will Do- Manage assigned jobs efficiently and within agreed timelines for allocated customers.
- Handle clearance of inbound and outbound air and sea freight shipments as per agreed terms.
- Perform VCC corrections by liaising with Customs authorities, raising tickets, and ensuring prompt resolution of time-sensitive issues.
- Verify original shipping documents, ensure correct HS code classification, and calculate duties/taxes for timely Bayan processing.
- Manage job registration, EDI updates, invoicing, and electronic documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support additional customer requirements when required, particularly during annual leave coverage or as directed by the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely invoicing to prevent issuance of credit notes.
- Prepare reporting dashboards and other daily reports in the prescribed format and content.
- Valid Saudi Customs Broker License or accreditation from ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority).
- Proficiency with SABER, FASAH, Bayan, SFDA, SASO, and other government portals.
- Understanding of ATA processes, with experience in both consolidation and direct deliveries.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, GCC tariff codes, HS code classification, and import/export procedures.
This role reports to the Operations Manager and involves collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Scope
Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Responsibilities
- Order processing management – Verification of preliminary documents, including HS code compliance to related product and advise to desk/customers on proper declaration to customs.
- Customer order plausibility analysis and review to customer for changes (as applicable)
- Customs processing (export/import) – co-ordination for BOE passing / payment of customs and port charges- on-line/ Exit and its reporting compliance, with the operational team.
- Setting up inspection scheduling – For inspection cargo.
- Reporting - Import and Export documentation/administration/ filing – Statutory, operations desk and finance. ( Exit entry / document deposit/ Custom duty account/ Standing guarantee account)
- CHB – Customs and ports operational troubleshooting and solutions to internal and external customers ( confidence building on such matters with customers and transparency maintained)
- Reporting and submission to customs – Original documents and claims ( FZE-export-non-remittance claim / duty ( Industrial exemption cases) and document deposit)
- End to End processing stages – Receipt of request- verification- execution and compliance- DSR maintenance- financial cost and revenue execution/booking of jobs- IT platform maintenance - invoice dispatch – job closure.
- Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
- Job files handled/ BOE passed and managed will be defined by the Line Manager
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience:
- +3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
- Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
