Key Responsibility Areas
- Responsible and accountable for obtaining proper documentation for all custom related activities.
- Responsible and accountable for maintaining all documentations like Fasah
- Responsible and accountable to know and abide by all the Government guidelines.
- Responsible and accountable for being the main communication channel between the client and the Government
- Responsible and accountable for informing the client of any non-compliance with the law and advising the client about the right procedure.
- Responsible and accountable for drafting letters, applying for permissions to various bodies and individuals involved and to produce all authorization letters as and when asked for by the Government bodies.

- Responsible and accountable for maintaining transparency throughout the process between the client and the Government and should adhere to all clauses set by law.
- Responsible for doing any other related logistics functions as requested or required
- You will need to know the customs clearance process and the border charges and taxes for each country. Oman, Qatar, Jordan, and Saudi customs clearance procedures are different for each of the locations, but there are some taxes like exit passes or clearance charges that are standard.
