Cybersecurity Leader Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Professional to lead our cybersecurity strategy and drive the maturity of our organization.

Establish and maintain a robust information security governance framework aligned with enterprise risk functions.
Lead the Information Assurance team, ensuring cybersecurity goals align with organizational strategy.
Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards across entities.
Oversee the implementation of security controls and frameworks to increase overall cybersecurity maturity.
Manage cybersecurity budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and prioritization of security initiatives.
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in information security, with proven leadership in transformation and governance roles.
Strong knowledge of ISO27001, UAE Information Assurance Standards, NIST, and other global cybersecurity regulations.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex cybersecurity transformation initiatives across multiple business units or entities.
Skilled in executive communications, including board-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity risk management, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness.
Experience with cyberinsurance management and aligning coverage with organizational risk appetite.
Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Adept at working under pressure in high-stakes, fast-paced corporate environments.

Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework across GCC and LATAM operating companies.

Ensure enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and control frameworks (e.g., CRF, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls) are developed, implemented, and adhered to across regional subsidiaries.

Role Purpose
