In this role, you will focus on continuous technical assessment and quality assurance of all systems and projects. You'll work with our comprehensive security technology stack to ensure security standards are maintained across all internal systems and project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive security assessments, audits, and technical evaluations of information systems across all organizational divisions

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time, UAE-based , and require strong GCC experience , with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure .
About the Role: The Cybersecurity Expert will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of cybersecurity frameworks for the metro’s digital and operational technology systems. This role is essential for ensuring protection of SCADA, communication, traction power, signalling, and other interconnected subsystems from cyber risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cybersecurity plans, risk registers, and threat mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001) and RTA guidelines
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits
- Coordinate cybersecurity interface with SCADA, OCS, and communication systems
- Provide incident response planning and training to technical teams
Requirements:
- MSc/BSc in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure or transportation systems
- Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA environments, network architecture, and secure integration
- Experience in the GCC required; RTA cybersecurity policy familiarity preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443, CEH) are a strong advantage
