The role of Facility Supervisor is a critical position that oversees the coordination and support of tradesmen/workers in carrying out routine site/maintenance work progress throughout daily activities, ensuring all technical works align with specifications and project management guidelines.
This position serves as the first-line manager for staff from various disciplines employed on contracts.
Daily Operations Management:- Drive innovative approaches to product delivery and services, catering to both internal and external customers.

Key qualifications include: Diploma/ITI with 8 years' experience in FM field, IOSH Supervising Safely certification, at least 4 years' experience in a supervisory role, good knowledge of FM services, hard and soft elements, and fluency in English with additional languages a plus.
