Your Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with Data Center clients and end users and understand the UAE market requirements.
- Build Data Center projects pipeline with incoming enquiries visiting potential customers and market intelligence.
- Manage Sales of products and solutions collaborating closely with technical teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Data Center design consultants understand and analyze HVAC requirements to create compelling technical and budgetary proposals.
- Regularly track and update the pipeline of prospective projects and implement strategic plan and spec initiatives.
- Promote and pitch Carrier products and solutions to HVAC consulting firms and Data Center owners.
- Participate in framework agreements with clients and ensure quality submission.
- Provide inputs to SM to develop business plan.
Qualifications Experience & Skills:
- 57 years experience with subject matter on Applied equipments & deep understanding of HVAC System.
- Data Center cooling solutions experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and/or related HVAC field.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- MS office knowledge

You will have the opportunity to lead the mechanical engineering design for some of the most advanced AI and hyperscale data centres in the world. These projects will include both standardized global reference designs and fully bespoke high-performance facilities that set new benchmarks for innovation resilience energy efficiency and sustainability.
You will play a central role in shaping mechanical engineering strategies for high-availability infrastructure collaborating with clients architects and multi-disciplinary teams from early concept through to post-handover. Your work will directly influence the future of data centre design while also mentoring the next generation of engineers in our fast-growing mission critical team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the mechanical design for mission critical facilities covering HVAC chilled water systems air distribution heat rejection systems and integration with electrical and ICT systems.
- Develop high-quality designs specifications and technical reports in line with client requirements local regulations and international standards.
- Deliver thermal load assessments capacity planning redundancy and resilience strategies (e.g. N1 2N) for critical cooling systems.
- Integrate energy efficiency free cooling and sustainable technologies into design strategies to minimize operational costs and environmental impact.
- Coordinate closely with electrical structural public health fire protection and ICT teams to ensure fully integrated clash-free and optimized designs.
- Lead technical reviews ensure quality control of design deliverables and manage budgets deliverables and programme schedules.
- Maintain strong client relationships presenting solutions managing expectations and acting as a trusted technical advisor from bid stage through to project completion.

You will have the opportunity to lead the electrical engineering design on some of the most advanced AI and hyperscale data centre projects worldwide. These projects range from deploying and refining standardized high-performance designs for global clients to delivering fully bespoke cutting-edge facilities that set new benchmarks for innovation resilience and sustainability.
You will play a central role in influencing future data center design approaches working closely with clients multidisciplinary teams and industry experts to deliver efficient sustainable and commercially viable engineering solutions that meet the rapidly evolving demands of AI-driven infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the electrical design for mission critical facilities covering all aspects including medium and low voltage power distribution UPS systems standby generation lighting earthing and lightning protection.
- Drive technical excellence by producing high-quality designs specifications reports and calculations in accordance with client requirements local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct load assessments redundancy strategy planning fault/discrimination studies and resilience planning for high-availability facilities .
- Coordinate with mechanical structural ICT security and other disciplines to ensure integrated clash-free and optimised designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring supporting the growth of less experienced engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Description
to develop the existing sales pipeline with an application-based approach, delivering value to key Data Center customers. Key applications include AI Peak Shaving and Battery Backup Units (BBUs).
Your responsibility areas:
- Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Client Relationship Building - Find new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships.
- Sales Performance - Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned segments. Take responsibility for effective business sales results in the intended sectors.
- Sales Presentations - Effectively communicate our product value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Market Analysis - Understand industry-specific market landscapes and trends.
- Keep the company CRM’s database up to date according to the latest information supplied by the customers.
- Coordinate orders with the operation team to achieve a smooth transition for the customer.
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales and demonstrable success in leading and executing sales & business development with Data Center customers, preferably related to rack-level solutions.
- Understanding of the basic principals of energy storage and power electronics.
- Knowledge and understanding of the application approach, the ability to see what drives decision-making, and the understanding of key technologies relevant to Skeleton Technologies.
- Previous experiences with participating at fairs, and trade shows.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and active networking.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience using a CRM to track customer information and structure sales efforts (Salesforce).
- You are persuasive and resourceful, like to take initiative and you have excellent communication skills.
