• Conduct post-campaign and promotion analysis to determine return on investment (ROI) and recommend optimization strategies.

• Evaluate product performance by outlet, including sales mix and margin analysis for retail SKUs and ticket types.
• Monitor guest capture ratios and in-park spending patterns, identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools and templates to ensure consistent and standardized insights across departments.
• Audit and ensure accuracy of data across core systems.
• Assist in the development and rollout of revenue management best practices.
• Prepare commercial and strategy meetings.
• Identify system enhancements and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and decision-making speed.
• Provide training or guidance to team members on new tools, dashboards, or reporting standards.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a revenue management, business analytics, or commercial strategy role within hospitality or theme parks.
• Background in operations (attractions or retail) is a strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with core operating systems such as Galaxy, Simphony preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, InTouch Data) is preferred.
