As a Data Governance Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding and implementation of data governance initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of this position include reviewing data sets, performing cleanup activities, and onboarding new data sets to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for operationalizing data stewards by monitoring data quality, tracking data lineage, and managing metadata to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Further, you will assist in validating and promoting the use of data dashboards for business users, ensuring the effective adoption of data-driven insights and decision-making.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data governance principles with enterprise architecture, change management initiatives, and other strategic projects.

Key deliverables for this role include identifying and defining customer and data elements (CDEs), assisting in the migration of identification management control (IDMC) to cloud-based platforms, and supporting various data quality and compliance initiatives.
