In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our organization's information management processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective information governance.
- Set up and implement project digital records/document control processes.
- Implement project digital/digitised administrative procedures including circulation of information and upload of project deliverables.
- Maintain project record platforms to ensure that information is trackable, traceable and accessible to the relevant parties associated with the project.
- Work independently on routine information management tasks per pre-established digital and document records project procedures.
- May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower-level employees.
