Role Summary:
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets from various sources including sales, market, consumer, and category data. This role is important to build insightful, data-driven strategies that drive business growth and consumer engagement. It is key to have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in data analysis tools, and a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights.

• Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources (sales, market research, consumer behavior, category performance).
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize trends and performance metrics.
• Translate data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in market segmentation, customer profiling, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, and Product to align data insights with business objectives.
