YOUR FUTURE POSITION

As a Services Architecture (Senior / Principal) Specialist (f / m / d), your job will involve working in a global team focusing on delivering international data transformation projects (System Landscape Transformation aka "SLO" and Transition to S / 4 HANA, using DMLT's tools and services).

Your main tasks are :

• Identify customer's business needs and support the design and architectureof the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio.
• Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
• Lead and facilitate customer's workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirements.
• Architect scalable and robust data migration / conversion solutions adhering to SAP best practices and financial industry standards.
• Support and / or lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure smooth execution of FI / CO data migration and conversioninitiatives and projects.
• Provide deep expertise in SAP FI / CO data migration and conversion tools and technologies, guiding the customer teams to make informed decisions.
• Develop and document precise technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data migration / conversion processes, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Support internal initiatives to further enhance existing or develop new, finance-related DMLT services and solutions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP FI / CO data migration technologies and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree (Bachelor / Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S / 4 HANA FI and / or CO, plus experience in at least one additional of the following modules is a must : FI-AA, CO-PA, CO-PS, EC-PCA, FSCM, FI-CA)
• Minimum 7years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience; SAP DMLT tools and methodology and data migration / conversion experience is a plus
• Relevant SAP Technology experience, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
• Integration and process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash, Procure-2-Pay, Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset
• Additional experience in SAP S / 4HANA, BW / BW4, CRM and CX, SRM and ISM, HCM / SuccessFactors, Data Management Solutions (MDG, ILM,.) or SAP Industry Solutions is a benefit
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, strong team spirit

The DMLT group serves SAP customers in managing their data and transforming their landscapes. Business, market, and technology changes result in realignment of business processes and structures. This reflects in various transformation and transition activities, such as

• Fast-track data migration and (selective) transition to the Intelligent Enterprise Suite (IES) (SAP S / 4HANA cloud, SAP S / 4HANA, BW / 4, C4 / H, SuccessFactors, SAP Data Intelligence and more)
• Manage business challenges that come with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Optimization of processes and data, or organizational restructuring by ensuring data harmonization, data restructuring or the consolidation of system landscapes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire systems experience in a data center or critical space facility
- Ability to participate in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster.

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire systems experience in a data center or critical space facility
- Ability to participate in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster.
- Understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including but not limited to DRUPS, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDUs, Chillers, AHUs and CRAC units.

- Bachelor's Degree in either Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical (military/trade school) degree and relevant experience in a critical environment.

We are currently seeking a Data Center Operations Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineer to join our Engineering Operations Team. In addition to technical operations and maintenance, the successful candidate will oversee facility operations and ensure the implementation of safety procedures. The role requires a motivated, self-managed individual who demonstrates initiative and proactively seeks solutions to problems while striving for operational excellence. The work follows a process-oriented approach: the individual needs a strong willingness to learn new processes and adapt to rapidly changing operational scenarios with conflicting priorities. The successful candidate will be part of the Engineering and Facilities team and will be responsible for; maintaining availability for customers; ensuring maintenance and operation of technical infrastructure; and the upkeep and operation of the DC facility. Key job responsibilities
- Assisting in the operation, and maintenance of all, mechanical, Electrical and HVAC equipment within the Data Center/Facility.
- Develop work plan for emergency repair of critical assets.
- Troubleshooting of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems,
- Operate under minimal supervision.
- Create and close Work Orders with appropriate data, to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used into asset management system
- Maintain changes in state in Mission Critical infrastructure in support of corrective/ preventive maintenance
- Testing: Test quality, performance, safety, and reliability of products, equipment, processes
- Act as a front line responder for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, AHU’s, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFD’s, and building automation systems. About the team

- Professional Electrical or Mechanical Certification (National Craft Certificate (NCC), Registered Electrical Contractor (REC), or equivalent)
