Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to partners (VARs, distributors, SIs, ISVs, MSPs), aligning HPE storage strategy with their business priorities.
- Build and execute joint business plans to accelerate revenue, profitability, and pipeline.
- Communicate HPE's global and local storage strategy to enable effective sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions.
- Develop deep knowledge of partner priorities, market trends, and IT investments to differentiate HPE solutions.
- Lead with business value and sales leadership, strengthening long-term relationships to grow market share.
- Coordinate sales cadence, enablement, marketing, forecasting, and executive engagement with partners.
- Tailor solutions across primary storage, unstructured data, cyber resiliency, and aaS models to customer needs.
- Recruit, develop, and grow new partner relationships while ensuring compliance with HPE standards.
- Act as a pipeline enabler, ensuring partners have tools, knowledge, and motivation to prioritise HPE.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of partner-led sales experience.

About the Role
We're seeking a Cloud Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our Storage & Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on building, scaling, and automating our core data services. You'll work with a range of distributed systems including MySQL, Postgres, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis, and OpenSearch, while also supporting emerging workloads like vector databases, embedding stores, and LLM query caches.
- Deploy, scale, and maintain cloud-native data systems on AWS.
- Automate storage operations using IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
