Role Description

The Master Data Management Lead will be responsible for defining, designing, and building dimensional databases to meet business needs. Assisting in the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines coding structures and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Excellent experience in Master Data Management including include Meta-Data Management, Data Migration, Data Security and Data Transformation/Conversion
  • Experience in ETL processes and advanced SQL skills.
  • Intermediate Requirements Gathering/Elicitation, Documentation, and Source to Target mapping skills.

    • Manage the production of accurate and high quality data management, consolidated reporting in required timeframes, including both routine and ad hoc reporting, and ensuring that these anticipate the emerging needs of a rapidly changing business.
    • Support in exploring the potential of FAB-Islamic customers from various dimensions, harnessing through the existing customer base for the cross-sell activities in order to increase the customer product holding and profitability.
    • Develop and produce reporting analytics to clearly identify key trends or issues in the company that necessitate further analysis and discussion.

To support this mission WFP Fleet Centre (FC) in Dubai is mandated to centrally set the global standards for and manage the light and Armoured vehicle leasing operations to enable effective safe and efficient fleets in all WFP offices. The vehicle leasing & insurance service is complemented by world-class expertise and technical assistance in fleet management fleet systems support disposal and driver and fleet management training. In addition having one of the largest humanitarian light vehicle fleets WFP is also spearheading collaboration efforts within the wider UN System to facilitate UN agency access to more effective and safer vehicles and to realize efficiency gains.
PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The Consultant will be working with Fleet Center Units to define and document business requirements for data analysis and reporting. The incumbent will also be required to come up with reporting solutions designed to present FMS (Fleet Management System) VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) and FC Portal data in ways that help relevant stakeholders make better decisions at both an operational and strategic level. The BI specialist also ensures the implementation of the reporting using WFP corporate tools i.e. Tableau and Dots. This position is suited for a good team player who can work independently is impeccably organized with strong data analysis skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of Head of FMSS Fleet Centre the consultant will have the following responsibilities:
1. Apply agile development of new visualizations in Tableau dashboards that support large data sets and analytics methodologies
2. Analyze and verify existing data-collecting and analytics systems
3. Analyze data research data sources and make corrections to existing data as needed to ensure accuracy
4. Ensure that relevant teams and individuals are consulted and involved in decision making at key points and that all decisions made are clearly documented and communicated
5. Enhance data analysis and delivery of a series of business intelligence dashboards and reports for different audiences informing them on dimensions identified as relevant for them with pertinent KPIs.
6. Maintain evaluate and adapt visualizations for effective use and broad understanding.
7. Maintain databases
8. Answer any questions users might have regarding the system and train peers and relevant stakeholders on delivered analytical tools and dashboards to ensure knowledge handover; assist with production of training material
9. Report progress and issues to all relevant stakeholders
10. Support the development of fleet systems by analyzing the needs coming from WFP offices and submit the clear business requirements to FC Management for review;
11. Conduct regular fleet systems data analysis and advice country offices to for corrective action to maintain high level of data quality (completeness correctness and timeliness)
12. Ensure vehicle tracking operational data such as VTS devices stock allocation airtime etc. are timely updated and reconciled between the VTS platform and FMS data base.
13. Any other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science information technology management
data analytics/management or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum of three years experience as a Tableau Data Visualization Specialist
Experience using Tableau for the creation of dashboards standard reports and adhoc reports
Experience working with multiple disparate data sources
Experience with advanced data visualization topics such as complex calculations table calculations parameters geographic mapping and performance
optimization
Familiar with Data Visualization best practices
Excellent client interaction problem solving & communication skills
Attention to detail; data analysis skills and quality assurance certification skills.
Willingness to travel as and if requested/required.
Knowledge & Skills:
At least 3 years of background developing and supporting Data Visualization
solutions using Tableau
Understanding of data modelling techniques
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data migration/conversion processes proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Support internal initiatives to further enhance existing or develop new finance-related DMLT services and solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP FI/CO data migration technologies and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience
  • Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FI and/or CO plus experience in at least one additional of the following modules is a must: FI-AA CO-PA CO-PS EC-PCA FSCM FI-CA)
  • Minimum 7years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience; SAP DMLT tools and methodology and data migration/conversion experience is a plus
  • Relevant SAP Technology experience SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus
  • Integration and process know-how for essential business processes like Lead-2-Cash Procure-2-Pay Design-2-Operate or Hire-2-Retire are a strong asset
  • Additional experience in SAP S/4HANA BW/BW4 CRM and CX SRM and ISM HCM/SuccessFactors Data Management Solutions (MDG ILM.) or SAP Industry Solutions is a benefit
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills strong team spirit

As a Services Architecture (Senior/Principal) Specialist (f/m/d), your job will involve working in a global team focusing on delivering international data transformation projects (System Landscape Transformation aka “SLO” and Transition to S/4 HANA, using DMLT’s tools and services).
Your Main Tasks Are

  • Identify customer’s business needs and support the design and architecture of the appropriate solution proposal from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) portfolio.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
  • Lead and facilitate customer’s workshops and discussions to validate the best solution design for the customer's requirements.

Our client is seeking a motivated Analyst to join the Data & AI team , focused on harnessing data and insights to support informed investment decisions. This role centers around knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and change management , with a strong emphasis on optimizing the Client’s Document Management System (DMS) to align with strategic business goals.

The Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data engineers, dashboard developers, and data stewards to ensure business needs are effectively met through Data & AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management

Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across investment teams and departments.

Ensure employees are informed and trained on knowledge management tools and practices.

Capture, organize, and distribute relevant knowledge effectively and efficiently.

Foster a continuous learning environment by facilitating feedback loops and sharing best practices.

Establish and maintain a Knowledge Management Community of Practice (CoP) to encourage cross-team collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Stakeholder & Business Support

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Data & AI team to gather and validate requirements.

Support end users in the adoption and usage of Data & AI solutions.

Train and enable super-users to champion knowledge and data practices within their teams.

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR for training or Communications for branding) to align broader initiatives.

System Maintenance & Optimization

Adapt DMS and associated tools to reflect changes in business priorities and operating models.

Oversee content management including:

Proper document storage and repository management

Permissions and access control

Metadata tagging and classification

Governance compliance and audit readiness

Update taxonomies, templates, and publishing workflows as required.

Reporting & Insights

Develop and maintain reports on usage, risks, permissions, and effectiveness of Data & AI tools.

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.

Change Management

Drive adoption of new Data & AI tools through structured change management and training initiatives.

Support implementation of new features and capabilities across systems.

Maintain a network of super-users to support change at scale.

Advocate for DMS best practices and keep users updated on process/system changes.

Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or analytical discipline.

Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Detail-oriented with a knack for data interpretation and analysis.

Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerApps is preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in knowledge management, business analysis, or a related field.

Exposure to business process management or application support is a plus.
