Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing B2B customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. The ISR will provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent, impactful engagement with our customers; promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction while proactively providing data‑led insights and advice to ensure our clients success in using our platform.   • Leveraging internal data tools to drive performance optimization

Desired Qualifications
