The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, planning, scheduling, and monitoring & controlling projects using project management software such as P6 Primavera, MS Project and Spread Sheets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed tender programmes, updating schedules onto online databases, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and providing necessary inputs for internal management reports.

• Prepare detailed tender programme in accordance with tender requirements.
• Prepare manpower and equipment schedules in close collaboration with Tender Manager / Cost Estimator.
• Work closely with the cost estimator in preparing the schedule on the duration, equipment and manpower.
• Updating the tender schedule onto the online data base on regular basis.
