• Chairside Assistance:
• Provide expert chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures.
• Patient Support:
• Offer high-quality support to patients ensuring their comfort and understanding throughout their visit.
• Dental Radiographs:
• Develop and process dental radiographs in line with established guidelines. Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Dental Records Management:
• Maintain accurate dental records and laboratory results as per established procedures.
• Inventory Control:
• Order and maintain an inventory of dental supplies to ensure seamless operations.
• Patient Health Information:
• Collect and accurately record patient health information.
• Confidentiality:

• Work effectively with clinical staff to deliver quality patient care in a positive team environment.
• Clinic Policies:
• Familiarize yourself with all clinic policies and adhere to them to ensure compliance with regulations.

About the role

The primary responsibility of this role is to bring Oral Health Care customers marketing strategy to life by delivering on Agility and ontime Execution.

Key responsibilities

Project management

• Drive flawless executions by exhibiting strategic planning tracking & post evaluation analysis (NPDs Periodic activations)
• Deadline management POSM development and deployment. Also responsible for managing TPO creation for any new suppliers.
• Ensure effective execution of Promotion calendar together with Commercial and supply for driving in store excellence
  

Operational excellence

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Timely delivery of instore / online materials.
• Budget management ensure efficient utilization of funds and bring in savings through process simplification efficient material utilization or through long term planning.
• Maintain a Tracker for all Approvals (Internal approvals & Expiries through Promotion MOH & Municipality)
• Ensure compliance of all processes at all times (internal and external)
  

Innovation

• Develop disruptive on & off shelf communication and tools
• Help drive the simplification agenda

Analysis

• Pre & Post Campaign Analysis on ROI
• Analyze market data information (Orange Nielsen Kantar IMS)

People management

• Build relationship with key stakeholders.
• Key contact person for 3rd party agencies (creative production brand activation).
• Ensure compliance in all activities together with regulatory legal & quality.
