Plan and conduct educational activities using clear and appropriate approaches for students, following the Scheme of Work (SOW) to ensure achievement of established learning objectives. Collaborate closely with the Director of Education / Programme Leader to enhance the student learning experience. Assist in drafting and periodically reviewing educational programs. Work with the faculty to create a dynamic, scientifically advanced environment. Be available for visiting professor assignments at other Italian or international universities.**Students’ Tutoring** - Organize classroom or laboratory activities to support student success. Monitor and report any critical issues to the Director of Education / Programme Leader. When supervising projects, ensure the quality and academic rigor of the student’s final work.**CV Development & R&D Activities –** Maintain and update your curriculum vitae in line with ministerial (CAA) requirements. The Role
Position Title: Head of Fashion Design Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegance and trends in women's fashion. • Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand. • Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design team • Prepare the collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric. • Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field preferred • Proven expertise in designing high-end fashion collections, from concept development to final execution. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion design industry, with a focus on export markets. • Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD.
