We envisage success in this role to include;

• Integral part pf the design team under the direction of a Studio Design Director in charge of the project.
• Develops design alternatives to achieve either a design vision or client's stated objectives.
• Functions as the liaison with client and makes presentations to client.
• Coordinates design drawings with engineers for their input.
• Liaises with site engineers and reviews overall design intent is being achieved on site.
• Coordinates with Project Manager on issues related to project schedule/completion.
• Interfaces with the Interior Design group, Site Planning group and Engineering groups in developing building systems.
• Functions as a Designer to the extent necessary to complete projects on schedule and within budget.

• Coordinates and oversees design work with 3D visualizers.

• Concept & Design Development
  • Develop innovative design concepts for F&B outlets, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.
  • Prepare mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations including video walkthroughs for Brand & Principal presentations.
• Technical Drawings & Documentation
  • Produce detailed mall submission architectural drawings, plans, Joinery with specifications using AutoCAD / Revit.

  • Work within project budgets and schedules, suggesting cost-effective and efficient design solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and video walkthrough software / plugins.
• Strong understanding of kitchen layouts, food service flow, and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with GCC authority approval processes for F&B establishments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
