What you'll be doing:
Graphics, Trims, and Technical Package Development
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for graphics, trims, and tags.
- Create original or benchmarked graphic designs using professional design tools.
- Develop sketches and concepts for trims and tags.
- Prepare detailed and accurate technical packages in line with design specifications.
- Stay informed about regional regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in trims and tags.
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with market trends and brand identity.
- Deliver sketches and tech packs within defined timelines. Cross-Functional & Supplier Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development timelines.
- Share ownership of project timelines and deliverables alongside design and product development stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage design submissions, sampling, and feedback.
- Partner with the Quality team to refine and standardize technical packages for consistent execution.
