Your focus will be on elevating design and product quality to ensure each project delivers a best-in-class Four Seasons guest experience.**Your key responsibilities will include:*** Supporting the EMEA Interior Design team in advancing new build and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with Four Seasons Design Standards and Design Briefs to deliver best-in-class guest experiences and exceptional ambiance.* Supporting and potentially leading renovation projects with Senior Director oversight for select projects, being the key FS contact for the Owner and Consultant team. Responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary Design Services team and internal stakeholders tasked with providing FS input for projects within the region.* Supporting development of Design Briefs with Senior Director oversight by liaising with internal departments to obtain data, conduct research, undertake analysis and collaborate with internal stakeholders.* For renovation projects, supporting the development of comprehensive Master Vision and Renovation Scope documents to outline short- and long-term interior design improvements to ensure alignment with brand quality requirements, product consistency, and a competitive market position.* Preparing Interior Design-related Consultant recommendations with Senior Director oversight.* Reviewing concept and schematic design presentations, detailed design drawings, finishes, FF+E specification submissions, shop drawings, material samples, and preparation of associated design review reports.* Conducting quality checks to ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with brand requirements and ensure the design incorporates both creative innovation and operational efficiency.* Attending core team meetings, design presentations, model room reviews, and site reviews as required, as well as support the production of related reports.* Supporting review of all FF+E and providing comments, including, but not limited to, specifications, drawings, materials, prototype reviews and model room reviews (as required).* Supporting and developing project lookbooks.* Contributing to sourcing preferred Interior Design and related consultants by presenting potential candidates for internal review, coordinating submission of qualifications, and supporting submission evaluation.* Conducting design research, travel trends and market research, image searches, etc., to contribute toward content for Design Briefs.* Contributing to internal Design Services initiatives and staying current with design trends, materials, and technology, implementing relevant innovations into Design Standards.**Our Ideal Manager, Interior Design - EMEA candidate will have:**A degree in Interior Design, and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in an international interior design firm focusing on hospitality design including luxury hotels, resorts, private residences, restaurants, bars, and entertainment projects. You should also have a minimum of 4 years of luxury brand corporate design team experience managing projects from the operator side, and at least 2 years of design management experience leading interior design projects. A Licensed / Registered Professional status (i.e., Registered Interior Designer, etc.) and LEED accreditation would be beneficial.You combine creative concept development skills with strong technical expertise, from space planning and FF&E review to coordinating multidisciplinary design input, with a passion for elevating guest experiences through thoughtful, innovative design.Proficient in industry-standard software and tools, you are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. This is a unique opportunity to relocate to Dubai and work on an incredible portfolio of high end residential and hospitality projects Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the design process for hospitality and high end residential concept through to completion. * Revit would be helpful but not essential * Develop and present compelling design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to clients. * Produce detailed design documentation, including space plans, FF&E specifications, and construction drawings. * Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is executed to the highest standards. * We are looking for strong leaders who can effectively lead teams and manage client relationships.

Requirements
Qualifications * A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field. * A minimum of 10- 12 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality and high End Residential projects, with a beautiful portfolio . * A portfolio that demonstrates a strong conceptual and creative approach to design. * Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit experience is a plus. * Must have a solid works record ( no job hoppers) * Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
