Role responsibilities will include:
Collaborate in the design and development of learning programs and curricula, including off-the-shelf and custom eLearning and instructor-led courses as well as codifying and creating learning methodologies.
Consult with solution owners, consultants, and clients to determine instructional approach, content, and delivery modalities.
Identify learning needs and define training outcomes.
Write, review, and edit outlines, objectives, course materials, interactive exercises, module descriptions, and assessments.
Recommend improvements to instructional design as technologies and methodologies evolve.
Deliver instructional design solutions on time and in alignment with budgeted and contracted schedules.
Design digitally enabled learning experiences that leverage eLearning, microlearning, simulations, and interactive multimedia to drive measurable performance improvements.
Utilize data-driven insights and learning analytics to continuously refine content, assess effectiveness, and demonstrate impact.
Integrate organizational and behavioural psychology concepts (e.g., motivation, habit formation, change management) to enhance learning adoption and on-the-job application.
Develop performance support tools and just-in-time learning solutions to reinforce knowledge and improve workplace outcomes.
Interface with clients and stakeholders to assess learning needs and design instructionally sound solutions.
Stay current with learning technologies and industry trends, applying them to solution development.
Support field enablement efforts and act as a thought leader for dss+ learning solutions.
Job requirementsWho are you today?
Master’s degree in Instructional Design/Development, Adult Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrable experience in job/task analysis and course/program development using Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodology.
Proven success in developing learning and capability development programs.
Strong understanding of behavioural science, motivation theory, and organizational learning principles to inform instructional design decisions.
Familiarity with learning analytics, evaluation frameworks, and performance metrics to demonstrate impact.
Consulting experience strongly preferred, especially in designing learning solutions for diverse clients and industries.
Experience with complex learning solutions and/or academy-based approaches is a plus.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise).
Strong logical and creative thinking to design effective and engaging learning experiences.
Experience in needs analysis, competency mapping, learning objectives, multimedia materials, assessments, and evolving learning technologies.
Instructional design and technical writing.
Editing and content development.

+ Develop planting plans and schedules for a wide range of landscape projects, selecting appropriate plant species based on site conditions, aesthetic goals / conceptual vision, and sustainability objectives.
+ Create detailed planting plans, including plant layouts, species selection, spacing, and maintenance requirements.
+ Ensure plant selections are suitable for local climate, soil conditions, and ecological factors, client requirements, prioritizing drought-tolerant and native species where possible.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Design Lead to shape the next generation of our AI-powered products. You’ll craft intuitive, scalable, and human-centered experiences that make complex AI capabilities simple and impactful for users. As part of a fast-growing startup, you’ll work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and developers to define, design, and deliver innovative features that bring intelligence to the core of our platform. - Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and developers to design elegant, intuitive solutions aligned with business and user goals
- Translate complex AI workflows and data into clear, usable, and visually engaging experiences
- Design and prototype end-to-end product flows using Figma and other relevant tools
- Conduct and apply insights from user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Contribute to and scale our design system, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints
- Present design concepts effectively, communicating rationale grounded in user needs and data
- Stay up to date with AI product design trends, human–AI interaction principles, and best practices in data visualization
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, user-centered product design — ideally for complex or data-driven systems
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability fundamentals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment; excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can clearly explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience designing for AI-powered tools, automation systems, or data platforms
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how they translate into user-facing features
- Keen attention to detail and strong visual design sensibility. Experience working with distributed or multinational teams
- Awareness of ethical design considerations in AI products

**Graphic Design Manager**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Graphic** **Design** **Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative graphics works for a wide range of projects in master planning, landscape architecture, and infrastructure engineering in varying scales.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
+ Manage a highly creative and dynamic team of 2D and 3D graphic specialists
+ Create sophisticated templates that the designers in the studio use for various purposes.
+ Check the quality and deliverables of the teams work
+ Designs and prepares difficult and complex art and copy layouts, applying established standards and formats from the Company's style manual
+ Prepare and design high-quality reports, boards and presentations
+ Designs and produces complex reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, viewgraphs, posters, signs, and certificates
+ Develop layouts to the highest quality to graphically represent the Urban Studio design works.
+ Create sketch renders to demonstrate the space and scale of a design at the early stages of the concept development.
+ Designs and prepares difficult and complex art layouts, applying established standards and formats from the Company's style manual.
+ Works directly with the Technical Design Leads in the Urban Studio and/or the authors/requestors to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents. May recommend improvements for accuracy of expression, clarity, and consistency with Company style.
**WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL BRING**
+ Expert understanding of graphical software's, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
+ Ability to multitask and work across teams within the studio.
+ Solid communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ability to translate outline sketch ideas into workable scales and spaces using modelling software.
+ Self-motivation, work part of the team but also have the ability to work independently.
+ 10+ Years of continuous employment within the field of Architecture and Engineering Design.
+ Bachelor of Visual Communications, or Design in a related field.
**WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU'LL BRING**
+ Willingness to develop and further graphical skills and techniques for the enhancement of the digital design presentations.
+ Ability to hand sketch in plan, section, and 3D.
+ Relevant professional qualifications and affiliation
+ Previous experience in an architecture or engineering firm.
