We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Regional Business Development engineer Manager** to lead the sales efforts for our Industrial Controls and Variable Frequency Drives business across industrial, infrastructure, OEM and commercial construction segments in the Middle East. The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
**What you'll do:**
+ Manage and grow sales within the middle east region by identifying and pursuing new opportunities across industrial automation
+ Develop and implement regional sales plansin alignment with company goals
+ Meet or exceed revenue targets for industrial controls, VFD's and related products
+ Provide training and support to the internal sales team as well as channel partners, distributors and OEM's
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on industrial controls, motor control systems and VFDs.
+ Assist customers with application engineering and design selections
+ Provide regular reports to management on market trends, competition and customer feedback
+ Work closely with product management, marketing, customer service and engneering to dekiver customer centric solutions and ensure satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
+ 10 to 12 years experience in the similar field

+ At least 3 years as a Design Engineer with experience in infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi
+ Fluent in International design practices, standards such as IEC, BS, ANSI.
+ Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other engineering design software packages such ETAP, PSS Sincal CYME, PRO design, AGI32, Dialux, AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D
+ Worked on projects with local utility companies ADDC, TRANSCO, DEWA, FEWA etc. and well versed with their specifications and systems.
+ Extensive and knowledgeable computer skills .
+ Ability to implement Quality Management System on projects effectively.
+ Good spoken and written English is essential.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Design Engineer (Hydraulics)** to join our team! In this role you will get to be involved in prestigious projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Utility Design and Planning:**
+ Design wet utility systems, including potable water networks, sewer systems, and stormwater drainage systems.
+ Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software.
+ Develop hydraulic models to analyze and optimize system performance.
+ **Technical Analysis:**
+ Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements.
+ Perform calculations for pipe sizing, flow rates, pressure losses, and system capacities.
+ Evaluate environmental and topographical data to ensure proper system integration.
+ **Project Documentation:**
+ Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
+ Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes, and standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of design changes and project documentation.
+ **Collaboration and Coordination:**
+ Work closely with architects, urban planners, and other engineering disciplines to integrate wet utility systems into broader infrastructure projects.
+ Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
+ **Problem-Solving and Support:**
+ Identify and resolve design challenges or site-specific issues during the design and construction phases.
+ Provide technical support during construction, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
+ **Compliance and Standards:**
+ Ensure designs meet environmental sustainability goals and adhere to water conservation principles.
+ Stay updated on advancements in wet utility technologies and industry best practices.
+ **Qualifications and Skills:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
+ **Experience:** minimum 5 years of experience in wet utility design or infrastructure projects.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D)
+ Experience with hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., EPANET, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, or InfoWorks).
+ Strong understanding of water distribution, sewerage, and stormwater management systems.
+ Familiarity with GIS software for utility mapping is a plus.
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Design Engineer to join our client"s team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing solar systems for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar design software, strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems, and the ability to deliver cost-effective, safe, and efficient solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design solar systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid) according to project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct site assessments, shading analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Size modules, inverters, cables, and protection devices to ensure optimal system performance.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical proposals, and cost estimates.
- Review and approve technical submittals and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Work closely with the project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Perform energy yield analysis using design software (e.g. Helioscope, AutoCAD, SketchUp).

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of international and local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with grid-connected and hybrid solar systems.
