The Role Involves

- BSc Quantity Surveying construction management engineering architecture or appropriate equivalent.
- Minimum overall relevant experience 22 years.
- Minimum relevant experience 8 years in the role.
- Minimum Regional Experience 5 years.
- Professional memberships and charterships required MRICS or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of all commercial aspects of major developments and infrastructure projects including iconic structures roads bridges and utilities.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and resolving disputes.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
