The Role Involves

You'll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, giving you full responsibility from day one. This will involve:

  • 12 months as an Account Manager; you'll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software
  • 3 months on an operational market organisation project
  • 6 months on a strategic regional project

Required Qualifications

  • BSc Quantity Surveying construction management engineering architecture or appropriate equivalent.
  • Minimum overall relevant experience 22 years.
  • Minimum relevant experience 8 years in the role.
  • Minimum Regional Experience 5 years.
  • Professional memberships and charterships required MRICS or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of all commercial aspects of major developments and infrastructure projects including iconic structures roads bridges and utilities.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of managing complex contracts and resolving disputes.
  • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Experienced user of MS Office and contract management software.
