Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:- Upon receipt of incoming materials, reconcile with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Inspect all incoming materials for possible damages, scratches, or discrepancies and promptly inform management.
- Ensure proper storage and release of supplies as requested, maintaining accurate documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.
- Assist in maintaining updated inventory and stock records, tracking the number and types of supplies and equipment in store.
