Role OverviewWe seek a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to spearhead campaign planning, launch, and optimization across Google Ads, Programmatic, and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience running successful campaigns in Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or DevOps technology markets, with a strong ability to translate budgets into measurable leads.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute targeted Google Ads for subscription-based services (Salesforce / CRM-focused).
- Conduct keyword analysis and strategy for targeting companies searching for Salesforce services, CRM solutions, or ERP consulting.
- Provide keyword research reports with rationale, CPC estimates, and expected results.
- Create data-driven strategies to generate 2–3 qualified leads / month within an optimized ad spend.
- Build re-targeting / programmatic ad funnels for Corporate Service Cloud leads who visit landing pages but do not convert.
- Collaborate with our design team to develop effective ad creatives and graphics.
- Track, report, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
- Advise on SEO strategy for new website launches and landing pages (to complement paid campaigns).
- 3+ years of experience running Google Ads and Programmatic campaigns.
- Experience working with either Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven ability to deliver results with limited budgets ($1k–$3k / month range).
- Strong keyword research, competitive analysis, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with re-targeting / programmatic advertising.
- Ability to work independently with a project-based, outcome-driven mindset.
- Bonus: Experience generating leads for SaaS service companies and / or Salesforce consultancies.
