Reporting directly to the Club Manager, the Digital Marketing and Video/Picture Producer is responsible for creating and executing engaging digital content that aligns with Gritncode’s brand and mission. This role involves producing high-quality videos and pictures, managing social media channels, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and member engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCONTENT CREATION
Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos that showcase Gritncode’s classes, events, and member experiences.
Develop creative concepts for digital content that align with Gritncode’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the fitness team to create instructional and promotional content that highlights the unique offerings of Gritncode.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive member engagement.
Manage Gritncode’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, and community management.
Analyze social media and website analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
BRAND MANAGEMENT
Ensure all digital content aligns with Gritncode’s brand guidelines and values.
Maintain a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate Gritncode’s digital presence.
ADMINISTRATION
Manage the digital content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and marketing materials.
Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, such as budget tracking and performance reporting.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Engage with members and potential customers through social media, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to enhance Gritncode’s digital presence.
SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and content creation.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
SAFETY
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations when producing content.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper care and use of all equipment.
Report any equipment or technical issues promptly and take necessary actions to resolve them.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one to three years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio of work.
Required Skills: Video Production, Photography, Social Media Management, Content Strategy, SEO, Graphic Design, and Copywriting.
Essential Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), social media management tools, and analytics platforms. Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
