We are seeking a Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence Lead to act as a hybrid change agent bridging classical Operational Excellence (OPEX) methodologies with modern AI-driven transformation levers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process optimization projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and process mining techniques.
- Identify assess and prioritize AI and automation use cases with measurable impact on cost quality efficiency and customer experience.
- Design and deploy pilots and MVPs in collaboration with IT Data Science and Business stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs dashboards and reporting frameworks for ongoing performance tracking and benefit realization.
- Facilitate change management and adoption across functions and organizational levels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management aligning transformation initiatives with strategic priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Operational Excellence Expertise
- Proven track record in process re-engineering lean management and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Experience with process mining and BPMN tools (Celonis Signavio etc.) and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong execution mindset ability to move from diagnosis to measurable impact rapidly.
AI & Digital Enablement
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (NLP predictive analytics generative AI RPA).
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation platforms (UiPath Power Automate Azure AI Dataiku etc.).
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Working knowledge of data governance analytics and visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).

Responsibilities and key activities
Study existing processes and gather enhancement requirements from stakeholders and design and propose new solutions or automation to enhance productivity and business results
Guide and support business stakeholders in analyzing business performance by identifying trends issues requiring attention and improvement opportunities.
Support and drive the definition of business requirements for analytics.
Ensure that each problem or area of application is analyzed with valid methods
Understand data requirements and availability how it impacts and limits possibilities in analytics
Act as the coordinator and key contact point between business stakeholders and specialized advanced analytics teams ensuring that business needs are collected defined and prioritized and that provided analyses fulfill the business needs.

Make and communicate conclusions and recommendations based on findings from analyses.

Ensure the selection of the correct type of analytics for each area of application.

Degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics Mathematics or another relevant field
