As a Digital Marketing Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies across all of IFZA’s digital platforms. - Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, insights, and community engagement practices.
- Manage and enhance IFZA's social media presence.

- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with web analytics and ad serving tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Strong background in digital marketing or advertising, with experience leading SEO, paid social media, and various marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, email).
- Ability to conduct A/B and multivariate experiments and adjust campaigns based on performance analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign performance analysis, including understanding of KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, impressions, reach) and logical decision-making for optimization.
- Experience conducting technical SEO audits (e.g., site speed, Core Web Vitals, content), on-page and off-page SEO reviews, GEO optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketing tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or related fields are preferred.

- Collaborate with content, data, and web teams to structure, tag, and serve content that aligns with AI/LLM-driven search behaviour.

- Set annual media strategy across verticals, with a focus on unlocking new audience pathways and sustainable growth levers .

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of performance marketing, SEO and CRO professionals.

- Conduct performance reviews and implement professional development programs for the Digital Marketing Team.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (such as HubSpot, ChatGPT, or Semrush) to optimize campaign performance, automate workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with UA (User Acquisition) strategies.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising or gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Store, etc.).
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge with AI tools related to designing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of CRM (HubSpot, Mailchimp), analytics (Google Analytics, Looker), and CMS tools.
- Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization) is a plus.
- Creative with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible for driving Mediclinic’s digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, patient engagement and service uptake across digital channels. This role (based in Dubai) leads the planning and execution of campaigns, content development, SEO, SEM, social media and performance analytics and ensures all digital activities align with the group’s clinical values, patient experience goals and regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, display, social).
