- Being able to understand and explain technical terms in a way that is easy to understand by client executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them.
- Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
