Job PurposeResponsible for managing, planning, and coordinating procurement and engineering activities for facilities engineering disciplines, including Electrical & Instrumentation, Piping, and Mechanical systems (major and minor projects), as well as non-project materials (capital and others). Leads and monitors subordinates to ensure timely and effective execution of project schedules. Provides guidance across engineering disciplines to ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy of technical deliverables.

- Develop and manage annual manpower and resource budgets.
