We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Leader to spearhead our resort's infrastructure and maintenance initiatives. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving sustainability projects.

Position OverviewAssociate Director Infrastructure Projects Dubai, UAE will oversee the design and delivery of major infrastructure works linked to the expansion of Dubai Festival City. The role includes strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technical oversight of roads, tunnels, bridges, and utilities. Acting as the client-side senior manager, the position ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

What You ll Do

* Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in line with leadership vision

* Oversee procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project goals

* Review and manage design submissions for utilities, roads, and civil works
