We are seeking a skilled Senior Charge Nurse to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with our mission, vision, and values. The role involves leadership, clinical management, and operational duties within the renal dialysis unit.
This includes managing a team of nurses, coordinating daily operations, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leading teams and implementing evidence-based practices. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse, with the appropriate regulatory body
- Minimum 6 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting post-qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a Senior Charge Nurse or 3 years in a Charge Nurse position, ideally with experience in renal dialysis
- Experience in managing teams and operations within a clinical environment
