**Job Description**
?AECOM are currently seeking experienced BIM Lead - Public Health, to be based in our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. The BIM Lead will work as part of the wider Building Engineering practice and support the Mechanical engineering team by leading plans and developing the discipline BIM execution including Model and Drawing production in accordance with BIM Execution Plan and BIM standards compliance, project specifications and established practices.

+ Participates in client meetings to discuss project requirements, explain / defend work, etc.

+ Set up, maintenance, support and troubleshooting BIM projects.
+ May manage more junior staff members coordinating activities of a small team.
+ Maintaining liaison with design groups.

+ Familiarity with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline.
**Qualifications**
+ A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Role & Requirements: Public Health Design EngineerAs a Public Health Design Engineer with 8+ years of experience, you will excel in this challenging yet rewarding role.
You will independently prepare the design of public health/sanitary systems, including code reviews, basis of design, system calculations, review of Revit CAD drawings, specification preparation, site investigations, and other design tasks required for public health construction in new or renovated buildings.
Minimum Requirements- 8-10 years of experience working within an international design firm, focusing on public health engineering design.
- Must be a Mechanical Engineer with a recognized degree from an accredited engineering program.
- Excellent technical knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and equipment, including domestic hot and cold water, drainage, gas supply, fire fighting, compressed air, HVAC, etc.
- Ideally experienced with HX2, IES, or Hevacomp.
- Ideally MASHRAE or MCIBSE certified.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and proper drafting methods and techniques.
- Previous healthcare/hospital project experience is preferred.

AECOM are currently seeking a Senior BIM Technician - Public Health, to be based in our Abu Dhabi office.In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of building projects. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, coordinated, and efficient designs.
Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with engineers to model HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and plumbing designs, maintaining proper spatial coordination.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve issues between MEP systems and other disciplines using tools like Navisworks, Revizto.
- Develop custom Revit families for specific MEP components as required by project needs.
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate energy analysis and environmental considerations into MEP designs.
- Generate detailed schematics, layouts, and schedules for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design standards.
- Provide BIM support for construction teams, addressing design issues and making real-time adjustments to models.
- Ensure MEP models follow industry-specific and Local Authority standards (e.g., ASHRAE, CIBSE) and project BIM Execution Plans.
Qualifications
- A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related subject.
- A minimum of 7 years is required, for this role.

**Job Description**
AECOM are currently seeking a Senior Public Health, Design Engineer, to join our Building Engineering team. The role would be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and would work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including the wider Building Services practice and Architecture and Structures.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

+ Lead digital delivery through system optimization, advanced simulations strategies, and multidisciplinary coordination through adoption of Revit tools/Revizto in ACC and BIM 360 environment.
+ Develop Digital skills through adoption of Programming languages in enhancing design automation, data analysis and system integration.
**Qualifications**
+ A Bachelors is required in Mechanical Engineering.
+ Local Authority Engineer registration preferred
+ Minimum 8 years post-undergraduate experience or 6 years post-undergraduate experience if chartered
