ResponsibilitiesTo support the General Counsel by initial review of all contracts, drafting legal correspondence and corporate resolutions; reviewing and assisting with template documentation. The role involves providing legal advice across a wide range of legal disciplines and ensuring compliance with applicable law and regulation across the Group. Assist the Group in understanding its legal risk appetite and support in the development and implementation of a legal policies and procedures across the Group that enable it to deliver on its commercial priorities whilst ensuring compliance with applicable law and regulation and related policies and procedures
Educational QualificationsBachelors of Laws degree and/ or Master's degree in Law
Professional QualificationsActive & current membership from a recognized legal association or regulatory body from a common law jurisdiction such as the UK and US.
Years of ExperienceOver 2 years of post-qualification experience gained at a credible law firm with additional experience (minimum 2 years) subsequently gained in a reputable inhouse role is preferred. 4 years of post-qualification experience in a credible law firm.
