- Liaise with DM representatives to expedite approvals and resolve any submission issues.
- DLD Coordination:
- Support documentation and coordination for land registration, built-up area (BUA) verification, unit registration, and title deed issuance.
- Ensure submission of correct project information, design layouts, and legal documents required for DLD approvals.
- Liaise with legal and development teams to ensure compliance with DLD regulations related to off-plan projects or master communities.
- Reporting & Documentation Logs:
- Maintain up-to-date logs and trackers for all authority submissions, design approvals, document revisions, and pending items.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for management detailing submission status, authority approvals, and document control metrics.
- Ensure audit readiness of all controlled documents and support compliance checks.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical document control and authority coordination and submissions in the UAE construction/real estate industry.
- Proven experience working with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Land Department, DDA, Trakhees, and Civil Defence.
