- Experience as a Drilling Engineer and Contract Administrator with extensive knowledge of the drilling industry.
- Minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas experience specifically in drilling operations.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, industry standards, and drilling-related contracts.

- Relevance of experience in Rotating & Static Equipment Installation and strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations (Brown Field).
- Minimum of 20-25 years of experience with at least 10 years in a managerial role with a focus on Oil & Gas Projects in the Middle East.
- Having previous experience with ADNOC projects (ADNOC approval is an advantage).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

We have successfully completed major Energy (Oil & Gas – Power and Water), Marine, Infrastructure, and Defense & Security projects globally, earning trust and reliability from our clients.
Archirodon has secured a significant Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE and is assembling a team of experienced Lead Engineers to oversee the multidiscipline engineering aspects from our UAE office.
The project involves detailed engineering, design, quality assurance, procurement, interface management, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation of hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon systems. The main goal is to enhance production capacity by adding a new Production Train and related facilities at existing stations.
Role Summary:
We seek an experienced Commissioning Engineer to join our UAE team. You will support the project through engineering, commissioning, startup, and operational phases.
- Prepare and review documents such as check sheets, ITRs, red markups, datasheets, single line diagrams, relay coordination studies, power studies, IO lists, interconnection and layout drawings, cause & effect, and control philosophies.
- Conduct field tests including insulation resistance, CT tests, relay testing, secondary and primary injection, interlock checks, and testing of panels, generators, transformers, capacitor banks, and relay panels.
- Coordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Work outdoors in typical UAE weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Experience with testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
