What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll drive revenue delivery from (Advertising) Media and short-term pop-ups / space activation and support concessions revenue growth through promotional and consumer marketing activities. This will cover the full life cycle from the analysis and business planning, project delivery and implementation and ongoing operations and optimization. The scope will cover all (Advertising) Media assets, commercial channels and consumer activations across both airports (DXB and DWC).
- You’ll forecast, plan, and deliver the future need of media and consumer marketing initiatives, working cross functionally with Brand and Communications, Business Technology, operations, finance, delivery, strategy and planning, and other stakeholders.
- You’ll oversee the development of the advertising investment plan, including asset upgrades and transformative projects, to align to revenue plans and contribute to the Advertising Concessionaire partner’s media offer planning and optimization.
- You’ll influence and engage senior stakeholders in decision-making and leverage stakeholder insights to shape decisions and drive alignment towards common objectives. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear goals and objectives, providing regular updates and progress reports, and ensuring commitments are met.
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Business Management, Marketing, advertising, Architecture/Design or related with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Airport, Media Agency, Marketing, Retail or Mall.
- MBA degree is desirable.
- You’ll have experience in consumer marketing, airport advertising, digital commercial, media advertising and activation management and revenue growth and optimization.
- You’ll have extensive knowledge in commercial space planning, Advertising and media management platforms, Revenue Management Systems, Content Management Systems as well as AutoCAD or similar design software.

If successful, you will be responsible for providing Air Traffic Control Services (ATC) to aircraft operating within the OMRK Control Zone and OMRK International Airport.

- Hold and maintain ATCO license for the required ratings including Medical Class III and English
- Hold and maintain Certificate of Competency in accordance with Local regulations.
- Apply and work in accordance with Local and federal Aviation regulations including Local Manual.
- Hold an ATC License
- Ideally currently holding both Approach Control Surveillance and Aerodrome Control rating (APS, and ADI) for at least 3 years.
- A valid relevant medical certificate
- Successful completion of the relevant ICAO courses and on-the-job training

To provide expert consultancy services in the domain of Air Traffic Management (ATM) Operational Validation (OV), supporting and managing Operational Test, Verification, and Validation (V&V) activities for assigned projects. The role is critical in ensuring the effective planning, execution, and improvement of test strategies and supports the integration and transition of operational systems into live service, contributing to the success of the GCAA's Next Generation ATM (NGATM) program and associated initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of ATM operational test, verification, and validation activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the operational validation of ATM systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support operational systems integration and transition activities, ensuring seamless progression into live operational environments.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team composed of ATC operational experts and engineering personnel to ensure effective integration and validation outcomes.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between project teams and GCAA subject matter experts including Flight Data Processing (FDP) Adaptation, CNS Specialists, and R&D Officers, as well as external system suppliers.
- Participate in all project phases, including (but not limited to):
- Planning and management of system and software operational V&V activities.
- Validation of operational requirements and design.
- Review and validation of operational acceptance test procedures and test tools.
- Support for system integration and operational readiness assessment.
- Guidance to operations teams to ensure operational preparedness for system go-live.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Incorporate and promote best practices related to Human Factors, Safety Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Configuration Management throughout all project lifecycle stages.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Air Traffic Control Officer (ATCO) with specialization in En-Route operations.
