What You’ll Deliver
- You’ll drive revenue delivery from (Advertising) Media and short-term pop-ups / space activation and support concessions revenue growth through promotional and consumer marketing activities. This will cover the full life cycle from the analysis and business planning, project delivery and implementation and ongoing operations and optimization. The scope will cover all (Advertising) Media assets, commercial channels and consumer activations across both airports (DXB and DWC).
- You’ll forecast, plan, and deliver the future need of media and consumer marketing initiatives, working cross functionally with Brand and Communications, Business Technology, operations, finance, delivery, strategy and planning, and other stakeholders.
- You’ll oversee the development of the advertising investment plan, including asset upgrades and transformative projects, to align to revenue plans and contribute to the Advertising Concessionaire partner’s media offer planning and optimization.
- You’ll influence and engage senior stakeholders in decision-making and leverage stakeholder insights to shape decisions and drive alignment towards common objectives. You’ll manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear goals and objectives, providing regular updates and progress reports, and ensuring commitments are met.
What You Bring
- You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Business Management, Marketing, advertising, Architecture/Design or related with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Airport, Media Agency, Marketing, Retail or Mall.
- MBA degree is desirable.
- You’ll have experience in consumer marketing, airport advertising, digital commercial, media advertising and activation management and revenue growth and optimization.
- You’ll have extensive knowledge in commercial space planning, Advertising and media management platforms, Revenue Management Systems, Content Management Systems as well as AutoCAD or similar design software.

As an Air Traffic Management Consultant, you will work on new concepts of operation for airports, airspace, flight path designs, conduct aeronautical assessments, and advise on ORAT. You will participate in project delivery, develop business, and support team members with your air traffic management expertise.

In coordination with the designated RTA Manager, the operator shall liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Upon request from relevant stakeholders, system logs must be collected in collaboration with the maintenance team, adhering strictly to the defined collection timeframe.
Regular system checks are to be conducted with the On-Site Engineer and/or Technician, while faults in both out-station and in-station equipment must be promptly reported to the designated departments or agencies.
The operator is responsible for monitoring the operational status of the TRAM intersections and pedestrian crossings, including routine checks on signalized and pedestrian junctions.
All faults must be reported, managed, and escalated as per the prescribed communication matrix, with continuous follow-up on previously reported issues and coordination with maintenance teams on any outstanding faults.
Monitor all intersections listed in the Tram Junctions List using the Siemens Urban Traffic Control (UTC) system and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) to detect any new events, incidents, or faults that may impact the safe and efficient operation of the Dubai Tram system or the surrounding road network.
Identify and report any events, incidents, or faults observed through the UTC or CCTV systems to the TRA Traffic Management Centre (TMC), Tram Operations Control Centre (OCC), and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Log all events, incidents, and faults in the designated tracking system. Respond promptly to any reports that may affect tram or road operations, and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders including TRA TMC, Tram OCC, TRA Maintenance, and Tram Maintenance teams.
Provide operational support and knowledge transfer to RTA Operators as needed, assisting them in daily operations upon request.
Raise Service Requests (SRs) for any faults in Enterprise Maximo and Tram Maximo systems in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between TRA and RAA. Follow up on rectification activities and confirm completion of work.
Coordinate the reporting and resolution of faults related to both in-station and out-station equipment with the relevant departments within the Traffic and Roads Agency. Monitor all outstanding issues and ensure timely closure in line with approved timelines.
Provide coordination and support to the On-Site Engineer (OSE) and On-Site Technician (OST) assigned to the project.
