Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager Dubai Corporate Office, Dubai, the Coordinator will provide administrative and coordination support for Global talent & culture activities within the region and sub office-based employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the T&C Manager with recruiting, employee record-keeping, and payroll processing with the administrative functions.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Assist with all internal and external T&C related inquiries or requests.
- Collaborates with marketing and sales to develop successful internal social media campaigns.
- Monitor and supervise technology usage in social media.
- Track & monitor the performance of the EVP campaigns.
- Responsible for the monthly reporting of employee leave balances and deliver a monthly consolidated summary to the relevant supervisors.
- Schedule meetings, interviews and maintain agendas of Chief Talent & Culture officer.
- Create & update the digital banner for promotions & appointment notices & flash opportunity across the Hubs.
- Assist with the onboarding & offboarding processes of corporate employees.
- Assist the T&C Manager with the organization of global events.
- Provides administrative support to the T&C Manager across the division.
- Assist with statistical reports and records, including monthly and bi-annual reporting.
- Maintain and update corporate organizational charts and corporate distribution lists, & staffing guides.
- Process invoices.
- Performs other clerical functions.
Qualifications:
- Experience with general HR functions
- Bachelor’s in human resources, Business, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in upscale hospitality.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & other Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience with Taleo preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities & deadlines.

What you'll be doingYou will be responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring candidates have a great experience throughout the process by regularly keeping in touch, following up, and providing feedback.
The TA Coordinator will also be responsible for our Trainee hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and sharing candidates with the hiring managers and managing the Trainee’s journey throughout their time with the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements
- Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as and when required
- Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and share across all relevant job portals
- Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team
- Screen and schedule interviews for relevant candidates
- Share feedback and updates with active candidates & recruiters
- Provide update reports and ensure systems compliance for each role
- Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates (including competency-based interviews, assessment centers, psychometric evaluations, and all other applicable tests)
- Develop, proactively, a pool of qualified candidates for critical roles as per TA team directions
- Ensure all applicants have a great candidate experience
- Interview and follow up on referrals from management and employees
- Build networks and communities to source and pipeline candidates
- Provide support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition as and when required
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed
- Provide reporting support on Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other TA technology on a regular basis
- Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to collect any relevant TA data needed
- Take full ownership of the Trainee hiring process
- Sourcing and screening graduates for the Trainee positions
- Facilitating the interview and assessment process
- Ensure follow-up of the trainee’s experience with Trainee and Manager
- Collect feedback post-assignment
- Keep a central talent pool of Trainees to consider for permanent positions
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- A Passion for talent acquisition
- 0 to 6 months experience in Supply Chain
- 0 to 6 months experience in Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the conservation of reinforced concrete structures, ensuring the protection of decorations and architectural finishes. They will adhere to Conservation Management prescriptions and evaluate the condition of selected bearing walls for preservation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the conservation treatment of reinforced concrete structures, prioritizing structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Coordinate with contractors' laborers to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
- Support the Abu Dhabi Branch Director in assignment management and liaison with local authorities.
- Evaluate the condition of selected bearing walls for preservation, recommending suitable treatments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Conservation Engineer with at least 10 years' experience, including 5 years in heritage structure design (masonry and reinforced concrete).
- Proven track record as Resident Engineer for masonry and reinforced concrete structures, with expertise in structural and material repair techniques.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, with fluency in English.
- Familiarity with software tools like Windows Office, AUTOCAD, InDesign, Photoshop.
