Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute the IMEA Regional Inclusion & Culture Strategy
- Design and implement strategic initiatives grounded in the local context of IMEA as a region, incorporating local norms, sensitivities and legislation
- Foster a culture of inclusion with a focus on modeling inclusive behaviours at the top and building psychological safety
- Engage with senior leadership to identify challenges and create solutions and initiatives that drive engagement and retention
- Conduct regular assessments of company culture and employee engagement to identify areas for improvement and track progress
- Ensure alignment of the regional strategy with OW’s Global People strategy
- Define KPIs for each initiative in order to track progress
Thought Leadership in Inclusion & Culture
- Serve as a thought leader on best practices around inclusion and culture, staying informed on trends and innovations in these areas (e.g. neurodiversity, Gen Z, AI, flexible working, gender,.)
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that communicate key insights, strategies, and recommendations to various stakeholders
- Through expertise and strong stakeholder management become sought out as the “go-to” person in IMEA for all Inclusion, Culture and Wellbeing topics
Enhance Organizational Culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives into all aspects of the employee experience across markets
- Champion cultural sensitivity and empathy within the organization, ensuring that diverse perspectives are valued and included in decision-making processes
- Collaborate on training and development programs with the L&D team that promote understanding and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and experiences among employees
Operational Excellence and Change Management
- Analyze current processes and workflows related to inclusion and culture to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations
- Implement change management strategies to effectively communicate and execute cultural initiatives across the region
- Track and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, utilizing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Provide analytical and operational support to senior leadership in the areas of inclusion and culture
- Prepare executive documents and presentations that summarize key findings and insights, tailored to different audiences
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and analyses, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively
Team Management
- Provide direction and leadership to a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Experience and Skills required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

What you'll be doing
The Associate – Learning & Development plays a key role in supporting the delivery and operations of accredited learning experiences within the Retail Academy. The role is responsible for the end-to-end administration, coordination, and communication of the CRVQ and CIBTAC programmes, ensuring alignment with awarding body standards and internal quality frameworks. In addition, the Associate will provide dedicated portfolio support , such as content coordination, scheduling, and communication for assigned learning tracks (e.g. beauty, fashion, or others), as per Chalhoub University business needs . The role will also contribute to broader CU projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Accreditation Programme Management
- Coordinate the operational and administrative aspects of the CRVQ and CIBTAC programmes
- Ensure ongoing compliance with awarding body requirements and internal standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of learner progress, certification status, and documentation
- Support the preparation of materials and evidence for audits and quality assurance reviews
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and awarding bodies to align timelines, deliverables, and communication
- Manage the planning and communication of assessment schedules, tools, and records
- Complete the Coach and Assessor Certification and conduct in-store assessments for CRVQ learners
- Oversee assessment tracking and reporting for both programmes
Learning Platforms & Content Management
- Upload, manage, and maintain content and learner records on Chalhoub University and awarding body platforms
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across learning journeys, materials, and certification processes
- Provide basic user support to learners and trainers navigating the systems
Dedicated Portfolio Support
- Contribute to the implementation and operational management of assigned learning portfolios (e.g. beauty, fashion, or others), ensuring effective administration and timely communication in alignment with CU business needs.
- Track learner engagement, support trainer documentation, and assist in content updates
- Share programme updates and learner communication through internal platforms
- Adapt and respond to portfolio priorities based on CU business needs
CU Projects Support
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of Chalhoub University projects and learning-related initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance, project coordination type of roles.
- Previous experience managing systems - experience managingLearning Management Systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Enhance Organizational Culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate initiatives into all aspects of the employee experience across markets

Operational Excellence and Change Management
Analyze current processes and workflows related to inclusion and culture to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations

Track and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives utilizing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Support Executive Leadership
Provide analytical and operational support to senior leadership in the areas of inclusion and culture
Prepare executive documents and presentations that summarize key findings and insights tailored to different audiences
Ensure timely delivery of materials and analyses prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively
Team Management
Provide direction and leadership to a small team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Oversee the performance of team members conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive professional development
Establish clear objectives for team members to align with organizational strategy and personal goals
Act as a mentor to team members offering guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression
Be viewed collaboratively by the broader global I&C and PE community
Experience and Skills required:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience: 10
years experience in a strategic leadership/change management or consulting role with a strong understanding of the IMEA region; experience in the field of Inclusion Belonging Culture Management and Wellbeing is a must.

Traineeship OverviewAs a People Partner Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Group’s people strategy across five countries. This immersive opportunity will expose you to key pillars of the People function—from performance management to onboarding, employee experience, and talent development.

What You’ll Be Doing1. Manpower PlanningAssist in workforce planning efforts across the region.
Support data collection and alignment processes with various stakeholders.
Prepare engaging presentations and reports based on data extracted from dashboards and HR systems.
3. Performance ManagementSupport the performance management cycle, including:
Goal setting and alignment
Mid-year and end-of-year reviews
Coordination of self and manager assessments
4. Validation & Review SupportCollaborate with People Partners to ensure fair and consistent validation processes.
Assist in structured review cycles across different teams.
Organize and track documentation through shared drives and internal systems.
5. Collaboration with the People Experience TeamWork closely with the People Experience team to support employee engagement activations.
Assist in rolling out initiatives, including potential programs like Women in Country Management or CSR-related campaigns.
6. Salary Review CycleSupport the salary review process by coordinating meetings, managing documentation, and helping consolidate data for decision-making.

8. People Strategy InitiativesSupport efforts in succession planning and talent management.
