The Testing Psychologist will lead multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessments for school-aged children.

Key to this role is meeting with parents and collecting information from teachers to consider suitability for assessment pathways and/or referral to other services.

This position requires strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between families, schools, and other systems around the client.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in delivering high-quality therapy services to children in both school and clinical settings.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting occupational therapy assessments and developing individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.

• They will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support children's functional independence and promote their cognitive, motor, sensory, and social skills.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

• Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to intervention plans as required.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team.

As a Child Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic support to children and adolescents with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including diagnostic interviews, evaluation of developmental history, and review of medical and educational records.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy (individual, family, group), and other evidence-based interventions.
• Prescribe, administer, and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy, side effects, and patient adherence.
• Provide crisis intervention and management for patients experiencing acute psychiatric distress.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in our Electronic Health Record system.

Clinical Duties:

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for each patient.
• Provide expert consultation to primary care physicians, pediatricians, school personnel, and community agencies regarding the mental health needs of children and adolescents.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, prognosis, and strategies for promoting mental wellness and resilience.

We require a Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university, completion of Residency in Psychiatry, and Fellowship/Subspecialty Training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Board Certification in Psychiatry/Child & Adolescent Psychiatry is also essential. A valid DOH License or eligibility to obtain one under the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi is necessary.

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience post-specialization in a similar role is required. Proven expertise in trauma-informed care, developmental psychiatry, and psychopharmacology is highly desirable. Experience working in culturally diverse environments is also valuable.
