- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis programs – EViews (ideally), R, Stata, and Python.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse project stakeholders, both external and internal.
