SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing B2B customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. Role Summary:
- The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- The ISR is also responsible for developing new leads and targeting prospects. At the heart of this role is closing sales and exceeding targets.

The RoleAs an Account Manager you will:
- Retain and grow merchant accounts by driving adoption of Nomod’s payment solutions and increasing processed payment volumes. Regularly look for referrals for other businesses and onboard the referrals as well.
- Cross-sell and upsell Nomod’s wider ecosystem - from payment links and in-person payments to Membership, Payment Gateway, Store, Catalogue, etc.
- Act as the merchant’s advocate within Nomod, liaising with the risk, engineering, operations, and product teams to resolve issues, streamline onboarding, and mitigate disputes/chargebacks.
- Own the relationship: build trust with decision makers through regular account reviews, in-person meetings, and performance insights.
