Job DescriptionThe Educational Technology Infrastructure Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating remote learning, managing student data, and enhancing communication within the school community. This individual will oversee the technical aspects of these systems, ensuring their smooth operation and providing support to students, teachers, and parents in utilizing them effectively.
This includes:
- System Administration: Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS), including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to students, teachers, and parents, troubleshooting issues related to platform access, navigation, and functionality.
- Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and familiarize them with the features and functionalities of the LMS and SMS systems.
- Content Management: Assist teachers in uploading and organizing educational materials, assignments, quizzes, and other content within the LMS platform.
