The Educational Technology Infrastructure Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating remote learning, managing student data, and enhancing communication within the school community. This individual will oversee the technical aspects of these systems, ensuring their smooth operation and providing support to students, teachers, and parents in utilizing them effectively.

This includes:

• System Administration: Manage and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS), including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to students, teachers, and parents, troubleshooting issues related to platform access, navigation, and functionality.
• Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard new users and familiarize them with the features and functionalities of the LMS and SMS systems.
• Content Management: Assist teachers in uploading and organizing educational materials, assignments, quizzes, and other content within the LMS platform.
• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data within the SMS system, including enrollment records, grades, attendance, and disciplinary information.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in system administration, technical support, or a similar role, preferably within an educational environment.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting LMS and SMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, PowerSchool, Infinite Campus).

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Design Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will support the development of engaging e-learning courses and certifications that help our partners and customers gain expertise in our products.

You will work closely with our e-Learning Manager and collaborate with subject matter experts across departments.

• Collaborate with the e-Learning Manager on course structure and content development
• Work with product owners and subject matter experts to develop clear and engaging training materials
• Implement interactive tools to enhance learner engagement and accessibility
• Create visual assets including infographics, animations, and video edits
• Regularly update and revise training content to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Support exam creation, subtitle editing, and proofreading tasks
• Serve as the point of contact for general inquiries regarding our Academy
• Assist customers with questions and issues related to courses
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date Learning Management System (LMS)
• Operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:
