Certification and Education :
- Nursing graduate (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) with experience in elderly care. (or)
- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in elderly care.
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting focused on elderly or homecare services.
Skills and Competencies :
- Strong understanding of elderly care needs, including chronic condition management and personal assistance.
