**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Perform design/analyses calculations related to electrical works such as low voltage distribution network, medium voltage and high voltage networks, substations, pump stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, industrial plant electrification, standby power systems, AC/ DC power systems protection and controls using governing engineering formulas, standards, skills, and experience.
+ General Arrangements, Layouts and plans. Single line diagrams, protection diagrams, schematic diagrams.
+ Research and prepare design options and documents.
+ Value engineering studies.
+ Review drawings.
+ Extract engineering information from CAD drawings.
+ Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

+ Fluent in International design practices, standards such as IEC, BS, ANSI.
+ Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other engineering design software packages such ETAP, PSS Sincal CYME, PRO design, AGI32, Dialux, AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D

The Electrical ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of ELV systems across a high-end luxury hospitality, residential, and infrastructure development. This role requires extensive experience in ELV and smart building systems, ensuring seamless functionality, security, and technological sophistication in line with the project's high standards.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
**ELV Systems Design & Implementation:**
Lead the design, planning, and execution of ELV systems, including BMS (Building Management System), CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, IPTV, structured cabling, and smart home automation.
Ensure all ELV designs comply with international standards (NFPA, BS, IEEE, ISO, etc.) and local regulatory requirements.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems to meet project specifications and operational needs.
Implement smart and integrated technology solutions to enhance safety, security, and energy efficiency.
**Project Coordination & Execution:**
Work closely with MEP, IT, security, and automation teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with electrical, mechanical, and network infrastructure.
Supervise contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and interior design teams to align ELV solutions with the luxury aesthetics and functionality of the project.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and performance testing of ELV systems to ensure optimal operation.
**Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:**
Ensure ELV systems comply with local codes, industry best practices, and cybersecurity standards.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system failures, security vulnerabilities, and operational disruptions.
Stay updated with advancements in ELV technologies and integrate innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
**Quality Control & Commissioning:**
Develop and enforce ELV installation guidelines, testing protocols, and commissioning plans.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality execution.
Ensure all ELV systems undergo proper testing, validation, and final handover as per project requirements.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:**
Lead and mentor ELV engineers, technicians, and project teams to ensure efficient execution.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth approvals and compliance.
Represent ELV scope in progress meetings, technical discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
+ 18 + years of experience in ELV systems, with a strong focus on luxury hospitality, residential, and infrastructure projects.
+ Extensive expertise in ELV system design, integration, and smart building technologies.
+ Proficiency in ELV software and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, DIALux, and security system applications.
+ Strong knowledge of fire and life safety systems, networking, and cybersecurity in ELV applications.
+ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
