Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot low-voltage electrical systems: switchgear, wiring, panels, lighting, and UPS units.
• Support HVAC systems, including motors, pumps, V-belt replacements, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and associated control panels.
• Respond to power anomalies or outages and ensure safe, fast resolutions.
• Work with FAS and BMS systems as part of facility-wide maintenance.
• Conduct both preventative and corrective maintenance independently.
• Be on-call for critical after-hours interventions, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Electrical distribution systems
• UPS, LV Generators, switchgear
• HVAC systems (including temperature monitoring & V-belts)
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly.

ISS INTERNATIONAL SpA is seeking to hire 3 Oil&Gas Electrical Maintenance Technicians (Office/Field) for a Tags Registration Project related to Oil & Gas plants in the UAE. The activities are scheduled to commence in June 2025 and will be performed at our office in Abu Dhabi and various Oil & Gas plants across the UAE.

Main responsibilities include:

• Recognize installed equipment classes for data collection.
• Conduct data collection and surveys independently.
• Gather drawings and documents for asset registration.
• Extract tags from drawings such as P&IDs, SLDs, F&G Loops, and organize in Excel.
• Obtain specifications and attributes from Data Sheets and technical documents like VDBs, MRBs.
• Perform site surveys for physical verification of equipment and coordinate updates with the engineering team.
