Our client, one of the leading investment companies in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Head Of Marketing - Real Estate.

The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, generate quality leads, and support sales growth. This role requires strong expertise in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and team collaboration to drive brand visibility and business results

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, and outdoor advertising.
  • Create and update marketing materials (brochures, flyers, property listings, social media content).
  • Oversee company website, SEO/SEM, and social media presence to maximize visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with business targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Manage CRM systems for effective lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
  • Track KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in real estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management & Execution
    Implement the sales strategy as directed by the Head of Sales to achieve project-wise and overall revenue targets. Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and effective conversion of leads into sales. Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and client interactions to ensure timely and professional engagement.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
