- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, and outdoor advertising.
- Create and update marketing materials (brochures, flyers, property listings, social media content).
- Oversee company website, SEO/SEM, and social media presence to maximize visibility.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with business targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Manage CRM systems for effective lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
- Track KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
- Plan and coordinate open houses, property launches, and networking events.
- Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
- Monitor marketing budgets and optimize cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns, events, and vendor partnerships.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
