• The Registered Nurse is responsible in Assessment, Management and Provision of Quality Nursing Care to all patients. An active member of the multidisciplinary team and collaborates in the development, execution, and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care or critical pathway.
• The Registered Nurse ER provide care for patients from various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention and must be able to recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions.

• Bachelor's in Nursing or Equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of continuous nursing experience in UAE or from home country
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Emergency Department.
• Previous overseas experience is advantage but not required

We are seeking an experienced ER Doctor to lead the functioning of our Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have dual qualifications in General Practice and Emergency Medicine, with a proven track record of providing high-quality medical care.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive professional and ethical quality clinical services to patients in an effective and efficient manner.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality management standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure excellence in medical practice is maintained by focusing on the continuous professional development of self and others.
• Maintain integrity in professional services by executing clinical services in an ethical and responsible manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the entire ER process, from arrival to admission/discharge of patients, according to project objectives and in collaboration with other hospital departments.

• Requirements & Skills:
• Three years' experience in the Emergency medicine.
• Experience in setting up an ER or intensive care unit, and technical inputs for complex cases.
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or advanced trauma life support (ATLS) training.
• Working experience in developing countries.

This position is ideal for a medical practitioner who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritize patient care while maintaining efficiency.
